Carrot ( Half root ) | Four ( Half spoon ) |

How to make onion ring egg pancakes

1.Crack two eggs into a bowl and beat them

2. Cut the carrots into shreds, then into small dices, as finely as possible.

3. Add chopped carrots into the egg liquid and stir evenly.

4.Put in a little flour and stir evenly.You can add a little water to make the flour easier.Fully blend with egg liquid.Add another pinch of salt.

5. Slice the onion and separate it in circles.

6. Heat the pot and add oil.Add onion rings.Pour the egg mixture into the onion rings and fry over low heat.(When cutting onions, the edges must be cut neatly, otherwise the egg liquid will overflow, as shown below)

7.If it overflows, carefully separate the egg pancakes along the edges of the onion rings after frying.Fry the egg pancakes until golden brown and take them out of the pan.
