Four ( A small bowl ) | Egg ( One ) |
Lettuce ( Two slices ) | Tuna (or intestine) ( Moderate amount ) |
Salad dressing ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
| Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to fill pancakes with eggs

1. Mix noodles with boiling water and use chopsticks to mix into flocculent form (you can add some salt to the noodles).

2. Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for 30 minutes

3.Add a small amount of oil and flour and mix well to make a pastry

4.Make it into a paste

5.Wake up Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll it into a pie crust.Pour the pastry into the pastry and spread it out.Do not let the pastry stick around.Cover it with another piece of pie crust and pinch it tightly.

6.Put a little oil in the pan, fry the cake until it bubbles, make a small opening, and fry it.Pour a loose egg liquid into the cake crust (I filled two cakes with one egg)

7.When the eggs are solidified and the cake is cooked, add some lettuce leaves, tuna or sausage and add salad dressing and roll it up.

8.A bowl of porridge to go with it, it’s a great meal!
