Ingredients
Pumpkin ( Adequate amount ) | White sugar ( Adequate amount ) |
Glutinous rice flour ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make pumpkin pie

1.Peel and slice the pumpkin
2.Put it into a steamer and steam it.I used more pumpkin and steamed it for 30 minutes

3.After steaming, pour it into a basin and mash it, then stir it with chopsticks or a spoon

4.Add sugar and glutinous rice flour and stir together

5.Knead the dough again

6. Take a small ball and roll it into a round shape on your hands, then flatten it and put it into the breadcrumbs on both sides.Stick some bread crumbs, you can also use it without bread crumbs, it will look better after using it

7. Do it in sequence , you can pan-fry or deep-fry it.I make a lot of it and put the excess in the refrigerator.
Tips
Don't put all the glutinous rice flour in at once.You can knead the dough and check if it's not enough.It is best to steam the pumpkin, do not boil it or it will become too watery.
