Eggs ( 2 ) | Potato ( one ) |
Ham ( 2 roots ) | Onions ( A little ) |
Ketchup ( appropriate amount ) | Black pepper powder ( a little ) |
Salad dressing ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( a little ) |
How to make potato, ham, and egg pancakes

1.Prepare the ingredients, 2 eggs, peel and shred potatoes, shred ham, and chop green onions

2.Add a little salt and black pepper to shredded potatoes and ham and mix well

3. Heat a little oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan over medium heat, add shredded potatoes and ham and stir-fry until cooked

4.Divide into two portions and spread each into a circle (I made it for two people) leaving a small hole in the middle
5.Crack the eggs into a bowl, use a spoon to pour the yolk into the small hole in the middle, pour the egg white evenly on top of the shredded potatoes and ham, and fry until the bottom is slightly burnt

6.Turn over and fry the eggs until cooked

7.Put tomato sauce and salad dressing on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion
