How to make yogurt tortillas

1. Prepare the required ingredients, first take a bowl and beat an egg into it, then add yogurt and white sugar.

2. Stir evenly until it is as thick as the one I photographed.

3.Add cornmeal, potato starch and flour.

4.Stir together evenly.

5. Heat the oil in the pan and turn off the heat.Pour in the stirred batter and spread it out.thick.

6.Open the lid and simmer for a while until the batter on the front is set.

7. After the shape is set, you can turn it over and fry the back until golden brown.
