How to make leek, egg and shrimp cakes

1.Ingredients: leeks, eggs, shrimps, flour.

2. Wash and chop the leeks, peel and cut the shrimp into two sections.

3.Put an appropriate amount of flour into a large bowl.

4. Fill in appropriate amount of water to make a batter, then add 2 eggs and continue to mix evenly.

5.Add chopped leeks, shrimp and salt.

6. Stir evenly.

7. Pour oil into the pot and heat it up.
