Potatoes ( 2 ) | White sugar ( 2 spoons ) |
Cornstarch ( 2 spoons ) | Bread crumbs ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make golden potato cakes

1. Peel the potatoes and set aside.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut into small dices.

3.Put the potatoes in the microwave and heat for 10 minutes to steam until cooked.

4. Steamed diced potatoes.

5. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the steamed potatoes.

6. Continue to add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and stir together with a spoon to form a paste.

7. Stir the potatoes into puree and let cool.

8. Roll the cooled mashed potatoes into small balls and set aside.

9. Drink together and press into cakes with your palms.

12. Process: Heat the oil with a spoon until it smokes.

13. Add potato cakes to low heat and fry slowly until golden brown.

16.Finished product (just decorate it with what you like).
