Ingredients
Potatoes ( 500g ) | Onions ( appropriate amount ) |
Shrimp ( 6-7 pieces ) | Carrot ( 2 and ) |
Corn starch ( Adequate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make mashed potato cakes

1.Wash the potatoes first and cook them in a pressure cooker for 5 to 10 minutes Then take it out and peel it while hot

2.Put the peeled potatoes into the fresh-keeping bag and press Make it into puree, knead it for a few times until it is free of particles, and put it in a container for later use

3.Put onions , carrots and shrimps, peeled and cut into fine pieces

4.Then cut the green onions, Add carrots, shrimps, cornstarch and salt into the mashed potatoes and knead evenly
