Ingredients
Green vegetables ( 70g ) | Eggs ( 1 piece ) |
Flour ( 60g ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make vegetable pancakes

1.Wash and chop green vegetables.

2. Prepare eggs and flour.

3. Mix eggs, flour and vegetables with appropriate amount of water to make a batter, then add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

4. Heat the oil pan, pour the batter and fry over low heat.

5. Fry until the batter on both sides is cooked, then turn off the heat and remove from the pan.

6. Cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
Tips
If you like the crispy texture, add more oil and fry more.If you are afraid of getting burned and don't want too much oil, just fry it until it's done.
