How to make Salt and Pepper Eggplant Cake

1. Prepare eggs, flour, and thirteen incense.Wash the eggplant and set aside.

2. Prepare salt and pepper.

3. Cut the eggplant into thicker cakes.

4.Crack the eggs into a bowl.

5.Add flour and stir the thirteen spices into a batter.

6. Dip the eggplant cake in the batter, fry it in a hot oil pan over medium heat.
