Ingredients
Pumpkin ( piece ) | Glutinous rice flour ( appropriate amount ) |
Bean Paste ( Moderate amount ) | Corn oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make pumpkin bean paste pie

1.Peel the pumpkin, remove the flesh and wash it.

2. Then put the steamer and start steaming.(I steamed two types)

3. Steam it and press it in a bowl.Pumpkin puree.

4.Add glutinous rice flour.

5. Knead into dough.

Tips
Simmer over low heat.Add less oil because glutinous rice noodles do not absorb oil.
