How to make almond and sesame cookies

1.Pour the sugar and egg white into a clean container and stir with a whisk until saccharified

2.Add sifted flour and mix well

3.Add cooking oil and mix well

4.Add white sesame seeds and chopped almond slices and mix well

5.Put the mixed batter into a piping bag and let it sit for 30 minutes

6. Preheat the oven to 180°C and lower the heat to 130°C.Pour the batter into a baking pan covered with a high-temperature cloth.After filling the pan, place it in the oven and bake for a variable time.It will take about 20 minutes until the tiles are browned.
Tips
