Carrots: Strengthen the spleen
Ingredients
Chai eggs (4) | Carrots (One-third Root ) |
Chives ( 2 trees ) | Salt ( 3 grams ) |
Corn germ oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make carrot and egg pancakes

1. Prepare the required ingredients.

2.Grate the carrots into thin strips with a grater.

3. Chop the chives and add them to the bowl with beaten eggs together with shredded carrots.Add salt.

4.Use chopsticks to beat evenly.

5. Brush the electric baking pan (mine is with automatic temperature control) with a layer of olive oil.Heat for 1 minute and pour in the beaten egg liquid.Pour it thicker! Cover and fry for 5 minutes!

6. Remove from the pan and cut into diamond-shaped pieces and serve on a plate!
Tips
No need to turn it over, because the electric baking pan heats up and down!
