How to make rice cakes

1. Wash the rice first and soak it for a few hours.

2.Put the soaked rice into a grinder and grind it (the mixer I use at home, All rice grains are not very broken and need to be filtered).

3.Put the filtered rice paddle into a bowl, add a little yeast powder and sesame paste, and stir Let it sit evenly for about a quarter of an hour.(I added sesame paste so I don’t need sugar.I also put a little sesame paste.)

4.Heat a non-stick pan and put rice cereal into the pan with a large spoon.

5. It is ok when the rice cereal slowly changes color.

Tips
The rice paddle must be filtered, otherwise it will not taste good if there are fine grains of rice.When making rice cakes, be sure to bake them slowly over low heat.It will not be very sweet without adding sugar.
