Pumpkin: Detoxification
Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 250g ) | Glutinous rice flour ( 200g ) |
Granulated sugar ( 20g ) | White/black sesame seeds ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make pumpkin pie
1. First weigh out the glutinous rice flour and put it into a slightly larger plate for later use.
2. Wash the pumpkin, peel it and cut it into small pieces, and put it in the steamer.

3. After steaming, pour out the pumpkin water in the steaming plate, add sugar while it is hot and press it into a pumpkin.mud.
