Ingredients
Pork ( 300g ) | Four ( 500g ) |
Chives ( 100g ) | Five-spice powder ( 3ml ) |
Salt ( 3ml ) | Old Pump ( 10ml ) |
Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make chives and pork pie

1.Use a meat grinder to grind pork into minced meat.

2. Chop green onion into pieces, add salt, allspice powder, chicken essence and dark soy sauce and stir evenly.

3.Knead the dough with cold water, knead it into a smooth dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

4.Take an appropriate amount of dough and roll it into a thin pancake skin.
