Ingredients
Pumpkin ( Half ) | Glutinous rice flour ( Two bowls ) |
Sugar ( 3 tablespoons ) |
How to make pumpkin pie

1.Wash the pumpkin, peel it and cut it into pieces, then steam it in a pot

2.Crush the pumpkin while it is hot, add sugar and mix well

3.Pour the pumpkin paste into the basin of glutinous rice flour and knead it into a smooth dough

4. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a slightly thinner sheet, and then use the mold to print out the shape you like
5. Add oil to the pot.When it is 50% hot, put the prepared dough pieces along the edge of the pot.Remember to use chopsticks to move them to prevent them from sticking together
