Overnight rice ( A bowl ) | Cucumber ( Half root ) |
Carrot ( Half a stick ) | Ham sausage ( One stick ) |
Shiitake mushrooms ( Three ) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( Adequate amount ) | Onions ( Half root ) |
How to make colorful vegetable fried rice

1.Cucumber, carrot, Dice ham sausage, mushrooms, and mince green onions.I forgot to take a picture of this step.

2. Heat oil in a pot and sauté minced green onions until fragrant.

3.Pour in all the chopped cubes, stir-fry until soft, and season with salt.

4. Pour in the rice and stir-fry.If the rice is hard, use a shovel to break it up.

5. Stir-fry until the rice becomes one grain at a time,

6. Take out of the pot and put it into a bowl.

7.Invert the bowl onto a plate.
Tips
1.Be sure to use overnight rice.New rice is too sticky and difficult to fry.
2.Add vegetables according to your own taste.
