White sugar ( a little ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 tablespoons ) |
How to make Sanding Fried Rice

1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture.Wash green peppers, carrots, coriander, and bacon.

2. Prepare a bowl of rice.

3. Dice bacon, carrots, green peppers, and chop coriander.

4. Boil the water in the pot, add the diced carrots and blanch them for 1 minute.

5. Remove the dry water and set aside.

6. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it up, add in diced green pepper and bacon and stir-fry them fragrance.

7. Use a spatula to shovel the side dishes aside, and (low heat) pour in the rice.The spatula falls apart.
