How to make egg fried rice

1. Cut carrots, cucumbers, and ham sausage into cubes, cut green onions into small pieces, and cut small peppers into rings.

2.Crack the eggs in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, a drop of cooking wine, and stir evenly.

3. Fry the carrots and cucumber until cooked and set aside.

4. Heat the oil, fry the eggs in the pan, break them up with a spatula, and add the rice , stir-fry for a while, then add carrots and cucumbers, stir-fry a few more times, add ham sausage, chopped green onion, stir a few times, and serve on a plate.
Tips
Add some cooking wine to the eggs so they won't be fishy.
