How to make pineapple fried rice
1. Process various ingredients and cut into small cubes for later use.
2.To complement the sweet fried rice, I paired it with Cantonese-style sausage, or shrimp.

3. Prepare all the ingredients
4. First oil the onions and carrots, then pour in the rice, stir-fry then add diced cucumbers, diced ham and eggs, add salt and stir-fry.
5.Add a small amount of curry to dye the rice golden yellow, then pour in the pineapple and cashews.

6.This is the pineapple bowl made before fried rice.Cut the pineapple in half and cut the pineapple heart into pieces.Scoop out with a spoon.
