How to make squid fried rice

1. Prepare the ingredients and dice the squid, onions and carrots.Chop green onions.

2. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the squid and stir-fry for a minute or two.

3. Add onions and carrots and stir-fry evenly.

4. Pour in light soy sauce and cooking wine and stir well.

5. Pour in the rice and mash it into pieces, stir-fry quickly and evenly.

6.Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste, then add chopped green onion and stir fry.

7. Pour the fried rice into a small bowl and compact it, then invert it onto the plate.
Tips
Because there are not many condiments in the food for children, if you like it spicier, you can add chili sauce and stir-fry it together, or you can add sesame and cumin seasonings.
