How to make colorful fried rice with shrimps

1. Steam the rice in advance and wash the shrimps.Dice shrimp, carrots and onions.

2. Boil the peas under water in a pot.

3. Add corn kernels and boil.

4. Boil the diced carrots and remove.

5. Blanch the shrimps.

6. Heat the oil in the pot, add the beaten eggs and stir-fry.

7. Add the diced onions and stir-fry.

8. Add rice and stir-fry.

9. Put the corn kernels, pea kernels and diced carrots into the pot and stir-fry, add salt to taste and turn off the heat.

10.Put it into a bowl and invert it on a plate before eating.
Tips
