How to make shrimp fried rice

1.Prepare all the materials

2.Pour in 100g Add peanut oil and stir-fry the dried shrimps (use low heat when frying)

3.After scooping out the shrimps, Pour in 150g of peanut oil and stir-fry the chive flowers, salt and chicken essence

4.Saute until fragrant , pour in the rice

Tips
When frying shrimps, keep the heat low otherwise they will burn easily
