Ingredients
Prawns ( 6 ) | Carrot ( 1 root ) |
Shiitake mushrooms ( 3 pieces ) | Sweet corn kernels ( appropriate amount ) |
Green garlic leaves (appropriate amount) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Pepper powder ( appropriate amount ) |
Grass fruit powder ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make shrimp fried rice

1. Dice carrots and mushrooms, mince green garlic, wash and set aside corn kernels

2.Peel the shells and devein the prawns, wash and dice them

3. Heat the oil in a pot, add the shrimp and stir-fry until it changes color, then add the carrots and mushrooms, stir-fry for one minute and then add the corn kernels

4. Then add cooked rice, salt, pepper powder, grass fruit powder, stir-fry evenly, and add green garlic leaves , stir-fry for another minute, and it’s ready to serve

5. Put the fried rice into a bowl , press it tightly with a spatula, then turn it upside down on a plate and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top for decoration
