Ingredients
Carrot ( 1 root ) | Eggs ( 2 ) |
Leftover rice ( 300g ) | Onions ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( Adequate amount ) | Garlic leaves ( appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
How to make carrot and egg fried rice

1.Onion, Chop garlic leaves.Dice carrots.

2. Heat the oil in the pan and add the green onions and saute until fragrant.

3.Add in diced carrots and stir-fry.

4.Add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce.

5.Crack in the eggs

6. Stir well and transfer to a plate.

7. Pour oil into the pot, add uncooked rice and stir-fry.

8. Pour a little water around the pot, cover the pot and simmer for one minute.

9.Open the lid and stir-fry for a few times, then add a little salt.Pour in the previously scrambled carrots and eggs.
