Carrots ( Half root ) | Cucumber ( Half root ) |

How to make pineapple fried rice

1. Cut the pineapple into cubes and soak in salt water , cut other ingredients into cubes and set aside, leave the pineapple skin for rice

2. Blanch the diced carrots in boiling water and set aside

3. Pour cooking oil into the hot pan, stir-fry the red sausage and add the onions until fragrant.Add the diced cucumber and carrot in turn and stir-fry over medium heat.Then add the pineapple and fry for another 2 minutes before serving
