Lotus white leaves ( 100g ) | Carrot ( 20g ) |
Corn kernels ( 20 grams ) | Scallion white ( 15 grams ) |
Sesame oil ( 15 ) | Salt and pepper ( 8 grams ) |
Ginger, garlic and chili ( optional ) |
How to make mixed vegetable fried rice

1. Prepare lotus flowers with stems and leaves removed, shredded carrots and diced corn kernels, washed green onions and cut into thin sections and set aside

2. (Put in the chili pepper as you like.My husband can add it if he wants some chili flavor.) Sauté the onions, garlic, ginger, stir-fry the carrots, corn kernels, and stir-fry the lotus flowers.Discard the chili peppers when they are cooked

3. Spread the rice and mix it all, add salt and pepper

4.My child doesn’t like ginger and garlic, so I threw away the rice until it was finished haha
