How to make fresh fried rice

1. Prepare a bowl of leftover rice , beat in an egg and mix well

2. Add appropriate amount of allspice and black pepper, mix well and let stand

3.Dice the long beans, chop the carrots, add a little salt and mix well

4. Heat oil in a pot, add beans and carrots, stir-fry the beans and carrots, put them into a bowl and set aside

5.Put in a little oil in another pot, pour the rice in and stir-fry until loose.Add the beans and carrots and stir-fry for a while.The pot is ready (I forgot to take a picture of the step of frying the rice, it must be fried very loosely)
