Cooked rice ( 400g ) | Dried scallops ( 10 pieces ) |

How to make scallop protein fried rice

1. Soak the scallops in water for more than 6 hours, take them out, break them into pieces and set aside , be careful not to pour out the soaking water.

2. Add three tablespoons of cooking oil to the hot pot, stir-fry two egg whites and let them solidify Take it out and use it.Chop the egg whites and set aside.
