Ingredients
Leftover rice ( 1 bowl ) | Cabbage leaves ( 2 pieces ) |
Shiitake mushrooms ( 2 pcs ) | Chives ( 5 pcs ) |
Eggs ( 1 ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
| Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Pepper ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make fried rice

1.Wash the ingredients and set aside

2.Chop cabbage leaves, shiitake mushrooms and onions

3.Cut green onion leaves Crush green onion

4.Crack in an egg

5.Eggs and chopped green onions
