Onions ( 1 ) | Duck eggs ( 1 piece ) |
Leftover rice ( 300g ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Minced green onions (appropriate amount) |
How to make fried rice with onions and duck eggs

1.Cut the onion into small pieces.

2. Crack the double yellow duck eggs into the bowl.

3.Use chopsticks to break up.

4. Pour oil into the pot and stir-fry the onions.
