Purple cabbage ( Two slices ) | Egg ( one ) |
Rice ( Two small bowls ) | Salt ( Adequate amount ) |

Recipe of purple cabbage and egg fried rice

1. Prepare ingredients: mince green onions, beat eggs with appropriate amount of salt, and chop purple cabbage

2. Heat oil in the pot, add purple cabbage and stir-fry

4. After the rice is stir-fried, add chopped green onion and appropriate amount of salt

5.Pour in the egg liquid and continue to stir-fry

6.Stir fry for another minute and it’s ready to serve
