Ingredients
Rice ( A bowl ) | Carrot ( 50g ) |
Corn kernels ( 30g ) | Ham sausage ( One ) |
Peanuts ( 10 grams ) | Vegetable oil ( 20g ) |
| Minced ginger ( 3 grams ) | Minced green onion ( 10 grams ) |
Salt ( 2 grams ) | MSG ( 1g ) |
How to make lazy fried rice

1. Slice carrots, finely dice ham sausage, prepare 10 grams of fried peanuts, 30 grams of corn kernels, and mince green onion and ginger.

2.Prepare a small bowl of rice (cool)

3.Slow heat, put 20 grams of vegetable oil in the pot, add minced ginger and a little minced green onion to 50% heat and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Then turn on medium heat, first put down the carrots, ham sausage and corn kernels and turn them over Saute for a while.

Tips
You can also add an egg and fry it, but I don’t have any eggs at home.
