How to make ham and egg fried rice

1.Take two Add an egg, add some salt, beat it, make bubbles, then pour it into a hot oil pan and fry for a while.

2. Cut the ham into cubes and set aside.

3.Pour the rice into the hot oil pan with fried eggs and stir-fry.

4.Pour in diced ham, add light soy sauce and stir-fry for a while before serving.

5.Place in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onion, serve and enjoy.
Tips
1.My rice is overnight rice, which is harder and easier to fry.Soft rice is difficult to fry and tends to stick to the pan.
2.For those who don’t like ham, you can switch to bacon.
3.My eggs are for two people, so you can reduce the amount if one person eats it.
