Crab Meat Golden Fried Rice Recipe

1.Separate the whites and yolks, and use the whites.Put the egg yolks in a larger bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt in it and stir well.The salt does not need to be added in one step, you can add less, and you can make up for it later when cooking rice.Pour the rice into the egg yolks and stir (use a larger bowl to hold the egg yolks, because you need to mix the rice directly in it).Add the rice to the egg yolks and stir evenly.Every grain of rice should be coated with the egg yolk

4.Heat the bottom oil in the pot.I put in the olive oil (I forgot to take a picture of this).When the oil is hot, you can pour all the rice in.The oil temperature should not be very high
