Ingredients
Leftover rice ( 1 bowl ) | Eggs ( 3 ) |
Green pepper ( a little ) | Carrot ( 1 root span> ) |
Ham ( appropriate amount ) | Onions (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( a little ) |

1.Leave a bowl of rice and spread the rice with chopsticks.

2. One carrot, wash and cut into strips, then cut into small dices, put in a bowl and set aside.

3. Wash and dice a few green peppers, and chop green onions.

4. Cut the ham into small cubes.

5.Crack three eggs into a bowl and beat them up.

6. Take a clean pot and put a little oil.There should be no water in the pot

7. Heat the oil and pour in the egg liquid.Stir-fry over low heat; it will become mushy over high heat.

8. Stir-fry the eggs for a while and set aside.

9.Use the oil pan where you just fried the eggs and put a little oil.

10. After the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion and diced green pepper and stir-fry.

11. Stir-fry for a while and continue to add the diced carrots.

12.Add in diced ham.Continue to stir-fry.

13. Pour in the rice, add a little salt and continue to stir-fry.

14.When the rice is stir-fried evenly, add the previously fried eggs.

15. Stir-fry over low heat for a while and then take it out of the pot.
