Ingredients
Overnight dry rice ( 1 bowl ) | Eggs ( 2 ) |
Salt ( 5 grams ) | Onions ( 10 grams ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make egg fried rice

1.Prepare ingredients.

2. Add a small amount of salt to the eggs and mix well with chopsticks.

3. Chop the green onions and set aside for later use.

4.Put oil in the pot (I added lard)

5.Put the prepared eggs into the pot and turn down the heat (avoid frying the eggs)

6.Don’t fry the eggs too old.Use a shovel to smash the eggs.

7.Add rice and stir-fry the rice.(No need to add salt or chicken essence)

8.Sprinkle in chopped green onion.

9. Just put it on a plate and fry the rice with eggs, it’s that simple.And delicious.

10.Add some homemade kohlrabi and you can eat two big bowls.
