Overnight rice ( A bowl ) | Egg ( One ) |

How to make golden egg fried rice

1. Mix the overnight rice with cooking oil until the rice grains are separated and not lumpy.

2. Crack in an egg and rice and mix well.This allows the egg liquid to coat every grain of rice, making it more delicious when fried.

3.Chop green onions and set aside

4. Dice the carrots and set aside (you can omit them if you don’t like carrots)
