Ingredients
Corn( Half ) | Ham sausage ( 2 strips ) |
Eggs ( 1 ) | Rice ( 1 bowl ) |
Peanut oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Soy sauce ( a little ) |
How to make assorted fried rice

1.Peel corn, slice ham and eggs, mix well and set aside

2.Put the eggs first Fry until cooked and serve on a plate.

3. Fry the ham sausage in a pan and set aside

4.Saute the corn kernels again in the oil pan

5.Mix the eggs and ham and stir-fry for 1 minute.Remove from the pan and serve on a plate

6.Heat the oil pan, add rice and stir-fry until heated, add a little salt and soy sauce to taste

7.Add eggs, ham and corn and stir-fry evenly and serve.

8.Plate and serve
Tips
The rice does not have to be overnight rice.It can also be freshly made rice.Stir it up and freeze it in the refrigerator for half an hour before taking it out and frying it.
