How to make fried rice with sausage and peas

1.Slice and steam sausage (the sausage is the sausage I make myself in winter and I never eat it)

2. Pour the peas under hot water (I peeled them some time ago when the peas were ripe and frozen them in the refrigerator, but they are no longer available in the market now)
3. Fry the eggs, chop them and set them aside
4.Put oil over high heat and stir-fry chives until fragrant

5.Put in Steamed sausage and stir-fried peas

6. Add rice and stir-fry continuously (The rice is best leftover)

7. Stir-fry the rice and pour in the scrambled eggs.Continue to stir-fry

8.Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence evenly and stir-fry evenly
