How to make steamed buns

1. Dissolve the yeast with warm water and add a small amount of sugar.Add flour in batches and knead into a dough with moderate hardness and smooth surface.

2. Ferment in a warm place for more than an hour, until the dough doubles in size.

3.Knead the dough again to release the gas.Cut to appropriate size with knife.Place in a steamer and let rise for 20 minutes.

4.Put enough water into the pot.Turn on high heat and steam.After the water boils, steam for 30 minutes.Leave it alone for 5 minutes.The white steamed buns come out of the pot.
Tips
When steaming the steamed buns, apply a little oil on the bottom of the buns to prevent them from sticking.
