How to make Ziqidonglai steamed buns

1.Purple sweet potato is cooked and pressed into puree
2.Add baking powder into the flour, stir evenly, and then mix into a dough.

3.Steam the glutinous rice, add raisins, sesame seeds, sugar and mix well.

4. After the purple sweet potato dough has fermented, roll it into pieces with a rolling pin , add glutinous rice and cover it.

Tips
When cutting the steamed buns, apply some oil on the blade because the glutinous rice will be sticky.
