How to cook steamed buns with Chinese cabbage

1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture.Eggs, steamed buns are set aside, and Chinese cabbage, carrots, and green onions are washed.

2.Use tools to grate the carrots into shreds and chop the green onions.

3. Dice the steamed buns.

4. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little cooking wine and mix well (a few drops will be enough , can remove the fishy smell)

5. Pour the diced steamed buns into the egg liquid and mix evenly.

6. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot to heat, pour in the diced steamed buns wrapped in egg liquid.

7. Stir-fry the diced steamed buns over high heat until the skin is golden and crispy.

8.Pour in the shredded carrots, stir-fry the cabbage evenly, and add a little sugar and salt to taste.

10. Stir-fry, remove and serve.
