How to make fried egg steamed bun slices

1.Cut the cold steamed buns into 1.5 cm thick slices

3.Put the steamed bun slices into the prepared egg liquid and coat them evenly with the egg liquid

4. Place the egg-coated steamed bun slices into the preheated pan

5. Fry both sides over low heat until golden brown and serve
6.Put it on a plate and squeeze some tomato sauce to taste

1.Mine is an oil-free version, you can also add oil and fry it
2.How many pieces should the steamed buns be cut into? It depends on the size of the steamed buns.Don’t cut them too thin.If you like sweet food, add sugar to the eggs
