How to make sweet potato buns

Tips
I did not add water when mixing sweet potato puree and white flour because my sweet potatoes have enough moisture.If the moisture is not enough, add water in batches.Only after the freshly steamed sweet potatoes have cooled can you add flour and yeast powder to knead the dough, otherwise the yeast powder will be burned
