Pumpkin: Detoxification
Ingredients
White noodles ( Three bowls (bowls for eating) ) | Pumpkin ( 200g ) |
White sugar ( 40g ) | Milk powder ( 100g ) |
Warm water ( appropriate amount ) | Yeast ( 5 grams ) |
How to make pumpkin milk steamed buns

1.Cut the pumpkin into slices, add sugar and steam for ten minutes.

2. Then use a spoon to press the pumpkin into a puree.

3. Prepare the white flour and dig a hole in the middle.Pour in the yeast.

4.Pour the pumpkin puree into the flour.Note that the pumpkin must be cool.

5.Pour in the milk powder again.

6. Pour water and stir into cotton wool.As shown below.

7. Knead the dough with your hands until it is smooth.

8. Place in a warm place to ferment.I usually put it on the bed, wrap it in cloth, and turn on the electric mattress.(This piece of cloth is specially used for making dough every time) Then cover it with a large quilt.Two hours is enough.Ferment until doubled in size.And it digs a hole in the middle without springing back.As shown in the picture.

9. Take out the dough and knead it vigorously, beat and pat.If the dough is well-risen, there is no need Use dry noodles to make shapes.Just like me.It rubs well but doesn't stick to your hands.Knead into long strips.

10. Remove about 30 grams of dosage.

11. Knead into a round shape in the palm of your hand.Knead a few more times.

12. Knead the remaining dough into a round shape at a time.It can also be made into patterns.I want to put it in the refrigerator this time.So there is no form.Put the kneaded dough into the pot.

13. Be sure to put oil paper or linen under the dough.Put it in the pot and let it rise for 20 minutes.Then steam over medium-high heat for 25 minutes.Don't use too much fire.

14. After simmering for one minute, open the lid and hold it flat.To prevent water drops from getting on the steamed buns.

15.The fragrant steamed buns are steamed.

16. If you can’t finish eating, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it.Take it out when it's time to eat.Same as freshly steamed.Here’s a beautiful picture.
Tips
The dough must be kneaded hard.Don't put too much water and pumpkin.Try to come.The noodles are delicious even if they are steamed with a lot of effort.
