How to make sorghum and oat blossom steamed buns

1.Put sorghum noodles, millet noodles and oatmeal into the basin

2. Brew the yeast powder with warm water (I forgot to take a picture of this step), add the yeast powder water into the basin one by one, and stir into a flocculent form.

3. Knead into a relatively smooth dough and place it in a warm place to ferment

4.After one night of fermentation, the dough will expand significantly.Poke a hole in the dough with your hand.If it does not shrink, it means fermentation.Success

5. Place the dough on the chopping board and knead to deflate

6.Shape into a long strip

7.Use a knife to cut the dough into equal-sized pieces

8.Slightly straighten the four sides of the dough and let it ferment for fifteen minutes

9. Pour cold water into the pot, place a wet cloth on the steamer, boil the water for thirty-five minutes, turn off the heat, and uncover the pot after five minutes

Tips
If you want the steamed buns to be smoother, the total amount of multigrain noodles must be less than the white flour. It takes less time to knead and exhaust multigrain dough than pure white flour.
