Beef dumplings/How to make Yunxi

1.Cut the beef into small pieces and mince it with a food processor

2. Cut the carrots and celery into cubes and salt them to remove some of the water.I forgot to take pictures here and use another one.Let’s take a photo instead, haha

3. Pour the carrots and celery into the beef and stir it., then add an egg white, appropriate amount of salt, peanut oil, sesame oil, a little light soy sauce, and sugar and continue stirring

4.Wrap into wontons.Thin skin makes them easier to cook. You can cook a few first to test the taste.

5.When I make dumplings, I add seasonings based on feeling, without using a scale or measuring cup, so I officially started the mass production mode after I tried filling the dumplings.
Tips
Place the wrapped dumplings in the refrigerator to freeze for a while. After the skin is slightly hardened, you can put them into a sealed bag and continue freezing, which saves space and prevents deformation.
