How to make homemade tofu

1.Soak the water tofu in Put about 1 to 2 in a basin with cold water.Then cut into small cubes and set aside.

2. Cut the lean meat into mince, marinate with water starch, cooking wine, a little soy sauce and sesame oil for half an hour spare.

9. Push it twice gently to get it out of the pot.After putting it on the plate, add a little green garnish.That’s it.
Tips
When cooking this dish, be careful not to stir it too much, otherwise the tofu will easily rot.Just push it gently and you’re done!
